You’re creating the registry, you’re decorating the nursery, you’re checking the boxes…ever wonder what you’re missing?
In a culture focused on “stuff”, we sometimes forget to consider the emotional and relational impacts of bringing a baby home. Created for parents-to-be, this interactive workshop will help you to best care for yourself and your partnership in the midst of this life-changing transition. In this workshop we will:
Bust myths and explore the realities and challenges of having a new baby
Explore proactive steps to prioritize your mental health and your relationship
Learn about postpartum depression
(and how it’s probably not
what you think)
Create a personalized postpartum plan so that you can be as prepared as possible
BONUS!
You will also receive a specially curated resource list that includes both local and virtual options for expecting/new parents!
Looking for a prenatal massage? Wondering how to find a lactation consultant? Want to know where to meet other new parents?
I’ve got you covered!
